Tyrone
Co-Founder & Managing Broker
A traveling heart surgeon by day, he brings a unique perspective along with years of experience in owning and managing properties.
In his free time, Tyrone enjoys relaxing and spending time with his three kids.
Pete
Co-Founder & Strategic Partner
Pete is a native of Northeastern Iowa with more than three decades of experience in the multifamily real estate industry. He began from the ground up and has since owned, operated, and managed multifamily properties, while also leading numerous large-scale property transactions throughout his career.
Outside of real estate, Pete values time with his large extended family, enjoys occasional travel, and stays actively involved in industry and local community networking.
Jenna
Property Manager
Jenna enjoys helping people find a place they’re proud to call home. She strives to make the leasing process simple, smooth, and stress-free for every resident, offering friendly, responsive support every step of the way.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending quality time with her son and embraces life as a proud cat mom.
Leah
Director of Operations
Leah has grown up in the property management business, starting at a young age by going to work with her dad. She plays an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with her son, being out on the river, and recently celebrated getting married.
Tiffani
Asset Manager
Tiffani is the Asset Manager at FreedomREMI and oversees the onboarding of all third-party investors, ensuring a smooth and organized process from the start. She was born and raised in the area and brings a strong local perspective to her role.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two boys, going on weekend getaways, and cheering on the Packers.
Jeff
Maintenance Technician
Jeff is a Maintenance Technician at FreedomREMI and brings over 30 years of experience to the team. Originally from Illinois, he provides reliable, knowledgeable support to help keep properties looking great.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending his weekends on his acreage in the Iowa City area or visiting his kids and grandkids in Illinois.
Chris
Maintenance Technician
Chris is the Maintenance Coordinator at FreedomREMI and was born and raised in Cedar Rapids. He attended college in Chicago and brings over 7 years of experience to the team, helping ensure maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In his free time, Chris enjoys kayaking, relaxing at his boathouse, and working on writing his novel.
