Co-Founder & Managing Broker
A traveling heart surgeon by day, he brings a unique perspective along with years of experience in owning and managing properties.
In his free time, Tyrone enjoys relaxing and spending time with his three kids.
Pete
Co-Founder & Strategic Partner
Pete is a native of Northeastern Iowa with more than three decades of experience in the multifamily real estate industry. He began from the ground up and has since owned, operated, and managed multifamily properties, while also leading numerous large-scale property transactions throughout his career.
Outside of real estate, Pete values time with his large extended family, enjoys occasional travel, and stays actively involved in industry and local community networking.
Tiffani
Leasing Agent
Tiffani enjoys helping people find a place they’re proud to call home. She strives to make the leasing process simple, smooth, and stress-free for every resident, offering friendly, responsive support every step of the way.
Outside of work, Tiffani enjoys spending time with her two boys, going on weekend getaways, and cheering on the Packers
Leah
Director of Operations
Leah has grown up in the property management business, starting at a young age by going to work with her dad. She plays an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with her son, being out on the river, and recently celebrated getting married.
Tyra
Administrative Assistant
Tyra, is always ready to lend a hand, answer questions, and find solutions to problems. From answering phone calls and emails to keeping things organized behind the scenes, Tyra is truly the glue that keeps the office running smoothly.
Outside of work, Tyra enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
Jeff
Maintenance Technician
Jeff is a Maintenance Technician at FreedomREMI and brings over 30 years of experience to the team. Originally from Illinois, he provides reliable, knowledgeable support to help keep properties looking great.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending his weekends on his acreage in the Iowa City area or visiting his kids and grandkids in Illinois.
